Located along Hung Thang Avenue in the district of Bai Chay, the hotel is situated right in the heart of Halong City facing Halong Bay. Within walking distance from the hotel is the city's business centre as well as important landmarks of Halong City- one of the World Heritage sites.
Approximately 4 kilometres away is the tourist harbor while the Noi Bai International Airport is 140 kilometres from the hotel.
